Cause of the itch?: You need to look back at what triggered the itch: if you were shaving, you probably irritated your skin and by scratching your hair follicles became infected or inflamed (these are the bumps). Your skin may also be allergic to a cream which you might have used. For now apply a little bit of hydrocortisone cream and antibiotic cream (mixed) once or twice.
