Get checked.: First, get a physical and appropriate blood work by your family doc or ob-gyn to see if there might be any reason for infertility. If that's okay, your husband may need a physical too. A fertility specialist can help if nothing is found on initial physical exam.

Time for consult: With this history I think it is time you and spouse contacted a fertility center.Your doc could arrange this if needed and might do some initial tests.The problem that led to your tubal pregnancy may have injured the other tube. You may need to consider bypassing the tube with in vitro-fertilization and implantation.
