R/O RAYNAUDS: Raynauds is vasospasm of blood vessels. It is usually symptomatic in hands and feet. In combination with SOB, is conserving for AUTOIMMUNE/COLLAGEN VASCULAR DISEASE. You need a full exam and lab screening for Lupus/RA /Sarcoidosis and clotting disorders . CXR/EKG AND CHEST CT. If you have been sedentary or had a recent trip a PE needs to be R/O. Seek prompt medical attention.
