You can: You can titrate down Zoloft (sertraline) as tolerated. If you are sensitive then do it in gradual dose reduction each week. It could be by mg or 12.5 mg reduction. However, I hope that you are doing this in consultation with your doctor because the symptoms that Zoloft (sertraline) was taking care of can recur after a few weeks to few months. Be on the lookout for that.
