Minerals and Protein: Everybody needs complete protein, including the 10 essential Amino Acids in the proper ratios and 15 minerals including calcium, potassium and iron, along with the 13 vitamins every day. Fast food can supply these if wisely chosen, but "junk food" as soda, candy, sweet and salty snacks generally cannot. Check the labels!
