What are some of the best workouts to do to see weight loss ? i don't have any weights nor do i go to the gym. i use youtube, run and ride a bike.

Mix it up: Find some activities you enjoy, and do them regularly. Do you have soup cans? Then you have weights to work out your upper body muscles! The mass of your upper body can give you a good workout for your lower body muscles. If the soup cans don't offer enough of a challenge, handheld weights are not expensive. Muscle building can lead to higher calorie expenditure 24/7 & faster fat loss.

Additional comments: Agree with Dr Wingo, but this is far more challenging these days, as numerous exerise programs present online. Have found dietary approaches should focus on avoiding carbohydrates, sugars, and high fructose corn syrup. Fats are important, even saturated, but avoid transfats. Protein is fine. Best fat burning exercises are interval bursts, which you can locate on your computer.
