Probably no. Anxiety : can cause bilateral facial paresthesias, numbness & tingling, Lesions affecting sensory function at the level of a peripheral nerve, dorsal root ganglion, dorsal sensory nerve root or spinal cord are unilateral. Brain disorders have other signs & symptoms. See your doctor for an evaluation & referrals to a psychiatrist & psychologist for medical & therapeutic management of anxiety.
