Acuity: Quite different items. A heart attack will come on suddenly and it may involve chest or abdominal pain, sometimes nausea and vomiting, some other times somewhat vague symptoms of not feeling well. The intensity and unicity of the symptoms should help in discriminating them from menopause symptoms that are usually recurrent.
