Palpitations?: If you are healthy, it's probably palpitations that could be caused by stress or anxiety. Obviously, yo9u should get it checked out by your gp or internist.

Adrenaline surge...: In response to fear or anger, your body experiences a rise in adrenaline levels. This causes an increase in both heart rate and blood pressure. You will feel stronger and more rapid heart beats and may even feel like "your heart is in your throat". Some people like this feeling, that's why they go to suspenseful movies, go on roller coasters, etc.
