Can be complicated: But in general things that are colorful without artificial coloring, like fruits and vegetables, are considered healthy. When choosing grains, look for "whole" grain options that are also high in fiber. Things that you prepare fresh are in general better than things that come out of boxes(particularly preprepared.)
