I underwent myomectomy 3 weeks before via lap.my period didn't come this month, it is 7 days late now.is it normal? it was regular before myomectomy.

Unknown: I would have suspected your post op instructions to suggest delaying sex or pregnancy, at least through a couple of normal cycles after the surgery. No sex, no pregnancy, no worry. See your OB and figure it out. If the uterus was possibly weakened with the resections, that could be an issue with a pregnancy and weak wall!
