It may take a few cycles to establish what will be normal for you after your myomectomy, but this is well within what we consider a normal period. The brown discharge represents blood that did not drain out right away and so had time to darken before you saw it.

What you described is within normal variations of a period. If you have heavy bleeding take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia.
