Fibroid(s) return: The fibroids may have returned and are causing the bleeding. Even though a myomectomy was performed, many fibroids are microscopic and can't be seen at that surgery and "grow up" later to re-initiate the previous symptoms. Give your GYN M a call for an appointment.
