Be patient: The removal of wisdom teeth under GA is a significant surgical procedure. Everyone experiences some level of discomfort or pain after wisdom teeth removal. This can include headache pain, jaw stiffness, ear pain and swelling. Be patient 3-4 days.

Post-op: You had surgery and general anesthesia. You are only 24 hours post-op. I'm sure if you saw a specialist Oral Surgeon that you were provided with post-op instructions. Follow them, all of them to the letter. You should begin feeling better by tomorrow. If not, call your Surgeon.
