Need exam: Lower abdominal pain and pain with intercourse that didn't start until 6 months after your hysterectomy is unlikely to be due to the hysterectomy. Normally these symptoms would have started sooner if the hysterectomy was the cause. You need to be seen for a full history, exam, and possibly testing to find the cause. Hope this helps.
