Take charge: You have a right to answers. Anal cancer at your age is extremely uncommon, while basically everyone your age has palpable lymph nodes in the neck. The latter are your friends. Get with your personal physician now and address the issues with your posterior so you can stop worrying and get on with your life at this critical time. Stay proactive about your health but get this out of the way.
