Check stool color to: make sure it is not tarry black indicating ulcer bleed. You must call your doctor to help you manage this medically as you may be past the stage of DIY remedies, and need to protect against the consequences of the ulcer. Plus, you may need further work up for H. Pylori, and small bowel dysbiosis. Make sure to hydrate. Go to the ER if still in pain for IV and further medical triage.
