Does antibiotc (+steriods) ear ointments will dissolve on its own,or will i have to remove it,does keeping them in the ear can cause another infection?

These will dissolve out on their own, but if you find yourself feeling your ear canal is plugged a gentle removal with a Q-tip is reasonable. This will not predispose to secondary infections.
