Does antibiotc (+steriods) ear ointments will dissolve on its own,or will i have to remove it,does keeping them in the ear can cause another infection?

Ear ointments: These will dissolve out on their own, but if you find yourself feeling your ear canal is plugged a gentle removal with a Q-tip is reasonable. This will not predispose to secondary infections.
