Diet &: A formal aqua-aerobics program. Great for toning up and increasing endurance. A high-fiber, plenty of water diet, either low in fat or low in carbs should work. Your cholsterol profile is bad, then i would go low carb. If your triglycerides are normal and your HDL is healthy. Low fat!
