No: It is good that your enzymes have normalized and that the fatty liver findings have disappeared within the past 9 months. It also sounds like the albumin increased from 3.1 to 3.5g/dL. Normal is usually about 3.5-5.5g/dL. Albumin is made by the liver. So this change would indicate better liver function. It is not like liver enzymes that leak into the blood when there is damage.
