Likely UTI: Your symptoms suggest a urinary tract infection--UTI--which is quite common in females. Since symptoms are severe, you likely will need an antibiotic. OTC med such as Azo can help alleviate some of the symptoms, but likely won't cure it... so, I suggest contacting your doc for an evaluation. Good luck
