My throat hurts so badly, i'm having difficulty when i talk, i have cough and sometimes running nose too. i've been using the otc medicines plzz help?

Ent: Should get tested for strep throat. Also consider monospot for mononucleosis. Salt water gargles may help 1 tspnsalt per 8 ounces was water. Gargle and spit. Doctor may also prescribe viscous Lidocaine to gargle for comfort.
