Aspirin & BreastMilk: Low amounts of aspirin can be found in breast milk. The WHO considers occasional doses or low dose regimes of aspirin to be safe with breast-feeding. There is the theoretical risk of Reye's syndrome to the baby, but I cannot find any cases reported in the literature.
