Aspirin do/don'ts: Obviously anyone allergic to aspirin. Do not give to children with fevers. Do not give to people taking blood thinners unless ok'd by their healthcare provider. Do not give to people with history of stomach ulcers or stomach/intestinal bleeding. Do not give to people with a history of acid reflux disease (heart burn). Do not give to people with history of bleeding problems.
