Right Hand Paralysis: The most likely cause - and this is very common - is that you slept on and compressed a nerve, resulting in temporary paralysis of the hand. Presumably, the temporary paralysis cleared and you have no residual symptoms. I wouldn't be concerned unless you experience ongoing problems with the hand, in which case i would immediately consult a neurologist.

You slept on it: Compression of a limb, or odd positioning for an extended period can cause this type of temporary dysfunction. Essentially, the nerve has not been getting enough blood flow and fails to transmit the proper signals. This results in not being able to move the muscles, as well as a " pins and needles" sensation. Moving the arm restores the blood flow, and function returns.
