When i hold my hand out so i face my palm and then turn it slowly my wrist shakes. my wrist also cracks almost evrytime i move it. what can it be.thx?

Wrist shakes/cracks: Did you have an acute injury?If so get a xray. if more from repetitive motion may be a tendonitis, consider motrin ( if not allergic and no GI bleeds/inflammation),discuss wrist splint with doctor urgent care, this week.
