See below: I assume you mean your scrotum since your testes are internal and cannot be seen. Inflammed hair follicles in the scrotum are common. If they are bothersome, the dermatologist who is treating your acne can evaluate you, make a definitive diagnosis/rule out other diagnoses and start you on a treatment plan.
