Brachial plexus: Your hidradenitis suppurative / acne inversa is surrounding one of the nerves in your brachial plexus and trapping it in fibrous tissue. That's what i'd bet anyway, i've seen it. This is a very difficult management problem and you need specialist care; ask about anti-tnf agents.
