Brachial plexus: Your hidradenitis suppurative / acne inversa is surrounding one of the nerves in your brachial plexus and trapping it in fibrous tissue. That's what i'd bet anyway, i've seen it. This is a very difficult management problem and you need specialist care; ask about anti-tnf agents.

Benzoyl peroxide: Most of the OTC skin products for acne are safe in pregnancy. Simple soap and water works great, as long as you understand that the high Progesterone levels in the first trimester are the cause for acne -- by the end of the third month, most major flare-ups are over.

Depends on the cause: Many ovaries can harbour small cysts of unclincal significance. However, persistent cysts in the presence of irregular menses may indicate a hormonal imbalance. Check with your doctor if further testes are needed.

This is not the same: You are referring to photodynamic therapy treatment for acne. We do not use this type of light therapy in dentistry. There are special lasers to treat oral conditions, but not the same.
