Hi, Ive been having pain under my left rib and around the chest for three days now. I had an echocardiogram a month ago and it was normal and many ekg. Now I have a weird bubbling feel ikr in breath the left rib too. What is this?

I have this pretty strong irregular pulse on the left side of my body and I feel it pretty regularly when lying on my back. I went to a cardiologist for chest pain 2 weeks back and he did an echocardiogram and an EKG and everything came back fine.
