Anxiety?: Anxiety cause chest pain and palpitation like sensations CHF is often painless unless you have had heart attacks stress test stresst thallium cardiac cath are part of a complete heart blood supply workup a normal echo rules out CHF chest pain should have blood supply to heart checked.

Not likely: If other risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes are absent and the heart is normal CHF would be pretty unlikely. See your doctor as other testing is probably warranted to evaluate your chest pain, possibly stress testing or GI evaluation.
