Stress: Sleep loss, repeating or racing thoughts, emotional numbing, inability to concentrate, strained interpersonal relationships, fatigue, and feelings of being everyplace and no place, to name a few.

Stress: All of us have some stress in our lives, and the right amount can even help us perform better. Think of a coach who "stresses" you by teaching you new ways to accomplish goals or improve in a sport. Suffering from stress is different. You might feel irritable, tense, and worried; have poor or interrupted sleep; have difficulty concentrating; get sick more often, etc. Psychotherapy can help!
