Recently i was diagnosed with bronchitis in x-ray , but i don't have any symptoms other than chest pain . could it be something else ? what do i do?

Bronchitis on x-ray: bronchitis is an unreliable diagnosis by x-ray and is really a clinical diagnosis based on presence of a cough in the absence of pneumonia. There are many things that can cause chest pain.
