3 weeks ago i had a terrible cough, pain/burn in chest etc; minor bronchitis (z-pac and predisone). i have these symptoms again, is it something else?

Possibly: If your cough is from new-onset asthma, this is what one would expect. On the other hand, you might have had a sinus infection which had not responded to Z-Pak. You need to consult your doctor again to get examined . At the minimum, a lung function test should be considered.
