Yes...: Given your regimen, I am generally aware of your diagnosis--which I won't disclose for privacy concerns. Many over-the-counter cough and cold remedies have the side effect of increasing blood pressure. This would not generally be a concern in your case, unless blood pressure becomes >140/90. Whichever over-the-counter medication you choose, consult with your pharmacist for any interactions.
