Time will tell you: Hi there, I can understand your frustration....Some tests can be falsely negative as well. Periods without ovulation can behave like this, although you could still be pregnant. It is also important to tell you, that if you have been irregular in the past, this may be expected. Do not get discouraged yet. Give it one or two weeks and if period not here yet, reach out to your physician.

Can't tell you: Although most urine pregnancy tests are fairly reliable, the blood beta HCG test is much more accurate and sensitive.False negative urine tests are a bit rare but can happen. False negative blood pregnancy tests are even rarer and quite unusual.
