Crusty Bumps...: In a toddler with crusty oozy bumps we always think of impetigo, a skin infection from staph or strep bacteria. Does he get fever? Are these recurring? Anyone with resistant staph in the family? Any recent antibiotic use? Photos, more detailed history in a prime visit might steer you in the right direction.
