Nausea: you likely have residual inflammation in your stomach from the infection along with dehydration and maybe electrolyte imbalance. You should stay hydrated and eat things that are gentle on your stomach: coconut water, non-tomato soup broth, non-citrus fruits, etc. also eat smaller meals and eat slowly.
