Pregnancy possible?: Unless it is totally impossible (you haven't had sex and your partner has not "come" near your vagina), make sure you're not pregnant. Some women also have those symptoms as part of their premenstrual syndrome, during the 1-2 weeks before their periods. The stomach pains and nausea could also mean an infection. Get a gyn exam to be sure!
