What could be the cause of pain in the right ovary when it is pushed on? could this be due to ovulation?

If..: If the pain is mild and happens a few days after your period it could definitely be ovulation pain. If it persists beyond a few days during this period of time and severe then it could be something else that might require treatment. If this is the case visit your doctor for evaluation and treatment as necessary.
