7mo w/ear infection. having fever since saturday. taking cefidnir since yesterday. fever is around 100.6 (99 axillary). refuses pedialyte. what to do?

Fluids: Continue his antibiotic and try Tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hours for pain control. He may be refusing the Pedialyte because of the taste. He can take other electrolyte solutions or his usual fluids as long as he is not vomiting. If he continues to refuse fluids, have him rechecked to avoid dehydration. All the best and I hope he feels better.
