Doctor recommended visco supplement injections of the knees. will there be interaction with my af medicine?

No.: The supplement injections in your knees is fairly viscous. It will stay in the knee joint space and will have no effect on your AF or the medication you take for it. You may want to discuss with you primary care doctor whether an anticoagulant may be indicated to prevent formation of a blood clot in your heart.

Really shouldn't: create any issues as the viscosupplementation should remain localized within the knee joint. Make sure you let your doctor know if you are taking any blood thinners like Coumadin, (warfarin) as he/she should be made aware of anything that may increase your bleeding risk.
