Cough: If his cough is not associated with breathing problems and his fever remains low and he is taking fluids, continue to monitor his symptoms. If he gets worse instead of better, have him checked. All the best.

You decide: A general rule for this is based on the kids behavior.If they are taking feeds/fluids well;playing for periods during the day and sleeping well at night you can probably monitor it at home. If her feeds are off,she doesn't play and otherwise bothers you it is time for a visit.
