Squats: Squats done in proper form . If you have not done it before seek a coach or personal trainer help.

Multiple: Leg strengthening can be accomplished by a multitude of exercise such as simply walking, jogging, or running. In the gym there are also a number of different options. Seeing a reputable physical trainer might be a good place to start. I hope this helps.
