What xrays do you do for genu valgum?

Leg, foot and pelvic: Genu valgum or " knock kneed" can arise from excessive internal hip rotation, leg rotation(tibial torsion) or foot/gait abnormalities such as flat foot, metadductus(in-toeing) and many other foot compensatory movements. Suggest x-rays, exam for origin and go from there.

Standing: Another way to say genu valgum is to say a child has "knock knees". It is usually evaluated by obtaining a full length, standing xray showing both legs in their entirety. Thank you for the question.
