Uncommon: True micturition syncope is classically associated with a bladder pheochromcytoma which is a tumor that produces epinephrine and norepinephrine. If you have symptoms of flushing palpitations HTN. This needs to be checked with labs 24 urine and Ct scan. If it was a random event it may have been due to dehydration or low blood pressure. Either way please seek medical assistance
