35 year old male who is diabetic. ive been for the last month experiencing constant burping and abdominal discomfort. im having frequent urination that comes and goes. ct scan was normal and blood work should inflammation. any idea whats wrong?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It appears that your diabetes is not under control. It would be prudent to see a doctor to ensure control of blood sugar and A1c. Wish you good health!
