Seizure?: Loss of urine makes me concerned about seizure activity . Please get checked out by a physician.

Not usually: The loss of urinary control is worrisome here -- it could be a seizure. This young lady needs a neurology consultation to check on this possibility. They will also want to do additional studies as well. Some people with this history can develop psychogenic seizures, but these don't usually include self-urination. I hope she's also getting treatment for her panic attacks and other issues.
