Treating grief: Dealing with the grief from a broken heart is always tough. Be sure you eat properly and get enough rest as that helps you be able to cope. Do something you enjoy for 30 minutes a day. Talk to friends and family you care about. Exercising daily also can help. Sometimes talking to a counselor helps fastest. See your doc, too, to make sure you have no physical problems as well.No alcohol/drugs
