Elevated B.P.: An early thirties female who has "head pressure" with physical activity should see a doctor. The problem might be as simple as neck muscle spasm. A thyroid disorder, elevated blood pressure, or a defect in the brain arterial system is also possible. Stop exercising until this has been evaluated. If pain intensifies or becomes constant, even when resting, an E.R. Visit is in order.
