had a miscarriage, what are the chances of another one?

Unsure without info: Sorry for your loss. Your risks will vary depending on several factors. If your miscarriage occurred before 12 weeks, your risks of another "early pregnancy loss" are statistically about the same or 2 to 5 % higher provided you and your partner remain healthy etc...The risks do increase much more after a second and a third miscarriage.

What do you say to console someone who had a miscarriage?

Not an easy answer: I don't think you can telll someone anything except that you are available to support them and you are sorry.
It's a difficult process and very emotional and a lot of blame goes around but the vast majority of the time there is no one to blame, it just happened.

Had a miscarriage & need some info on mtx?

MTX used 4 ectopics.: Mtx is methotrexate, a mild chemotherapeutic/immunosuppresant drug that is widely used to manage ectopic pregnancies without surgery. It can cause liver, kidney, blood toxicity during therapy and should only be taken in close supervision by a competent physician. Did you have a miscarriage or an ectopic? Mtx is not used for miscarriages.

What prescription do you need if you had a miscarriage and everything came out on it's own?

It depends: You should definitely follow up with an obgyn after any miscarriage. Some women need pain medicine and a medication to help with bleeding. And antibiotics may be given to prevent infection.

I've had a miscarriage befire and we've been trying again for the past year could something be wrong?

Maybe. See a REI MD: Two miscarriages is 'recurrent miscarriage'. You still have a chance of healthy pregnancy, but most couples get pregnant in a year of trying. See a reproductive endocrinology and infertility md to get checked out: we test your ovarian reserve (egg supply), look for hormonal problems, blocked fallopian tubes, problems with your uterus, sperm problems in your partner, and offer miscarriage testing.

2 weeks: After an early miscarriage, 2weeks is usually long enough to heal, but use contraception until you have a normal period.
